At GetVidya, we have tried to simulate the natural test environment as much as possible. The way you can not pause the actual exams, you will not be able to pause the ongoing tests.

With a GetVidya Pass, there are no limitations on the number of times you can attempt a test. You can take tests as many times as you like during the validity period of your pass. However, if you've purchased test bundles or question bundles, you'll have a fixed number of tests and questions. The remaining tests and questions will be mentioned at the top right corner, showing the remaining tests before you purchase additional tests.

We value your feedback and suggestions, as they help us improve our platform and services. You can provide feedback or suggestions in multiple ways. 1) Using the in-app "Feedback" option: In the mobile app, navigate to the "Account" section and select "Feedback." During a test on GetVidya, you can navigate between questions using the "Previous" and "Next" buttons provided on the screen. You can also click the question number in the navigation panel to jump directly to a specific question. If you want to mark a question for review, click the "Bookmark" button. This will highlight the question in the navigation panel, making it easier to find and return to it later.

To take a test on GetVidya, follow these simple steps: a. Log in to your account and navigate to the "Exams" section. b. Select the exam you want to attempt and click the "Start Test" button. c. Read the instructions carefully and click "Begin" to start the test. d. Answer the questions within the given time limit using the navigation buttons to move between questions. e. If you're unsure about a question, mark it for review and return to it later. f. Once you've answered all the questions, click the "Submit" button to end the test. g. You'll be redirected to the test results page to view your score and performance analysis.

In most cases, it should be visible on your dashboard instantly. In some cases, it does not reflect on your account. Please reach out to our support team immediately. All your past tests are accessible from the home page at the bottom and the "My past tests" tab in the profile menu. Click on the test you want to review and check the details of your past tests.

Vidya Pass is a monthly subscription plan. For INR 149 per month, you can access and practice unlimited tests and questions for one month from the day of purchase of the Vidya Pass.

Creating a GetVidya account is quick and easy. Simply visit our website or download our mobile app, click on the "Sign Up" button, and fill in the required information, such as your name, phone number, and preference for the exam you want to prepare for. Once you submit the phone number, you'll receive an OTP on your phone number. Please verify the OTP, and you'll be ready to start your exam preparation journey with GetVidya!

To buy a test series for a particular exam, log in to your GetVidya account and go to the "Vidya Pass" section. Choose the relevant test bundles. After purchasing, you will be able to access any test for the exam you choose.

To apply a promo code, add the desired test series or GetVidya Pass to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. On the payment page, you'll find a field labeled "Apply coupon code." Enter your promo code in this field and click "Apply." The discount will be automatically deducted from your total amount payable.

You will receive 3 free tests and 20 free questions every month. If you have used up all your free tests and questions, you can upgrade your practice by choosing any of the relevant plans on the Vidya Pass page and continue with your preparation.
