Non-Refundable Services: All purchases of Services on GetVidya are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, individual courses, subscription plans, mock tests, and any other educational content or services offered on our platform.
Rationale: This strict no-refund policy is implemented to maintain fairness to all users, protect our intellectual property, and ensure the sustainability of our affordable pricing model.
By purchasing any Service from GetVidya, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Immediate Access: Upon successful payment, you will gain immediate access to the purchased Service(s). This immediate provision of value precludes the possibility of refunds.
Due Diligence: You have thoroughly reviewed the course details, subscription plans, and any other relevant information before making a purchase.
No Guarantees: While we strive to provide high-quality educational resources, we do not guarantee specific exam results, scores, or career outcomes.
Personal Use Only: All purchases are for personal use only and are non-transferable. Sharing, distributing, or reselling of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your account without refund.

For subscription-based Services, you may choose not to renew your subscription, but no refunds will be provided for the current subscription period. In case you wish to stop the subscription, we encourage to stop the subscription from the setting as by default it starts as auto-deduct for "Vidya Pass Pro" subscription.
Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
